Interactors raising money at Car Wash

Rotaserver Notes Sept 26/18

Please volunteer to take Tour of Homes posters about.  Contact Trish with where you can deliver. Posters not to be distributed until tickets are at outlets.  Club members will be notified when this is but you can collect the posters now.

Bill Horn moved, Ed Willson seconded that $1,000 be donated to the Lions Club Dutton splash pad.  MOTION CARRIED.

Trudy welcomed Malcolm to discuss investment statement for Foundation.  Malcolm acknowledged that Pat Martyn and Gerry Janssen sent regrets abd did work hard on this project.  This investment statement which was approved by the Foundation June 29, 2018 and distributed to Board members can be modified with the approval of the Board and will be reviewed every 5 years.  Malcolm discussed the modifications that were approved on June 29. Malcolm Rust moved and Bill Horn seconded that the Foundation Investment Statement be adopted. MOTION CARRIED.

Trudy won 50/50 draw.

Kathy Willson 2 – Ed feeling better with new meds; 2 new grandchildren this summer.

Trish talked of meditation for fine master.
