Today’s program:

Stewart Shouldice, Club Secretary and Media Director. History in Rotary.

Stewart presented his experience with Rotary, beginning in 2016 when he was approached by his father-in-law, Ed Willson, to join our club. Almost immediately, Stew got our club into the 21st century, by getting us going on ClubRunner, especially the publication of the weekly Rotaserver. Stew showed samples of the 203 Rotaservers that have been electronically saved, and he showed us how we can access them through our club website.

Other features of ClubRunner were highlighted, such as the membership directory and the email system.

Through the years, Stew has been involved in many aspects of club service, including but not limited to the Music Festival, Tour of Homes, Club and Foundation Boards, the food trailer, and as program director. Stew is currently the Club secretary and media director.

Stew is instrumental (pun intended) in the organization of the annual St. Thomas Rotary Music Festival, which this year is relying on Stew’s expertise in organizing the final afternoon of competitions in an online webinar format.

Club members expressed their appreciation for Stew’s many contributions to the club, in particular his work with our website and club runner.
