Rotaserver notes March 5 2019
Welcome to new member Connie Davidson (sponsor Trudy Kanellis).  Welcome to guest Maggie Horn.
During the Club assembly, it was reported that the Music Festival was a huge success.
Trudy reported that Interactors are busy!  Please support them with pony poppin’ bingo tickets and help at the home show.  There is also a Car Wash in the spring.
The Chocolate Extravaganza will be April 13 from 10 to 4 at Knights of Columbus.   Tickets will be $10 and available to sell after March 18. Note from President Trish: $15 for 2 adults together, children 12 and under are free. Each adult receives 2 tasting tickets.
Nancy reported on the passport club.  The members will gladly help local Rotary projects.  Nancy has a list of members and Tonya Wolf is the contact person.
Trish asked members to consider attending the Peter Mansbridge Chamber dinner and East Coast Kitchen party in May.  Barb would like to know who is interested in Volunteering at East Coast party.
Trish thanked all that responded to the survey.
Nancy reminded all to fill in their monthly volunteer hours.
Trudy going to be head of Dictionary and Grant info for the DISTRICT!   A huge undertaking and we really appreciate it!
Ron suggested a new way to display flags at meetings.  The Club would like it to be on the screen.
If you are interested in helping Grand Bend fill a container call Ron Somerville for details.
Malcolm won the 50/50 draw.

Editors note—From Suzanne--the tables were set in a new way today to facilitate communication on Club Assembly and matters of discussion.  There was some confusion but when I suggested the new arrangement I didn’t mean it be done weekly but just for the quarterly club assembly meetings.
